2. Services

This segment provides both local and overseas customers with a comprehensive range of facilities management services.

Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited manages the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre ("HKCEC"). With 91,500 square metres of total rentable space, HKCEC is a premier venue for exhibitions, conventions, meetings, entertainment events, banquets and catering events in the Asia Pacific region. It was voted the Asia's Best Convention and Exhibition Centre for the eighth time in the Industry Awards 2011 conducted by CEI Asia magazine.

The credit for certain HKCEC photos in this website goes to its managing director Mr Cliff Wallace.

Free Duty retails duty free liquor, tobacco, perfume, cosmetics and general merchandise at the Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong - Macau Ferry Terminal, China Ferry Terminal and MTR Hung Hom, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau Stations.

Facility Services include:

Kiu Lok Property Services (China) Ltd. focuses on the property service market in Mainland China, and provides a full range of agency and marketing solutions. Its major projects include Shadow Creek and Roseburg Apartments in Beijing, and Shanghai Royal Garden, etc.

CiF Solutions Limited delivers packaged IT applications, enterprise solutions and professional IT consultancy services to businesses in Hong Kong, Mainland China and South East Asia.
