By jointly operating with Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited, NWS Holdings also provides bus and ferry transport services across the territory.

Hip Hing Construction Company Limited is a leading contractor in Hong Kong and has been erecting outstanding buildings such as Chi Lin Nunnery, Tamar Government Complex Development Project, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and many other local and overseas structures. It taps into the Macau market and is currently undertaking a number of hotel and entertainment facility projects, e.g. MGM Grand Paradise Macau and Grand Lisboa Hotel and Casino.

Vibro (HK) Limited is principally engaged in civil engineering works, design and construction of foundation, as well as site investigation, for public and private sectors.

Hip Hing Engineering Company Limited is another construction engineering arm in the Group. It specializes in building construction, civil engineering, and renovation and refurbishment works.

Barbican Construction Company Limited specializes in civil engineering such as roadway construction and maintenance, drainage work and slope stabilizing work.

New World First Bus Services Limited operates 97 franchised bus routes in Hong Kong with a fleet of 705 buses. It carried an average of 490,000 passengers as at 31 December 2009.

Citybus Limited operates 110 franchised bus routes in Hong Kong that had a daily patronage of 595,000 as at 31 December 2009.

New World First Bus Services (China) Limited provides bus service in Mainland China. Its first joint venture Kunming New World First Bus Services Limited commenced operation in early 2004, and is now running 60 routes with 1,025 buses in Kunming, Yunnan Province as at 31 December 2009.

New World First Ferry Services Limited operates ferry routes in inner harbours and outlying islands in Hong Kong. Its five routes have a daily patronage of about 34,000 as at 31 December 2009.

New World First Ferry Services (Macau) Limited provides passenger ferry service between Macau and Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

New World First Travel Services Limited provides travel services and travel-related products, including vessel charter hire, hotel packages and air ticketing, etc.
