NWS Hong Kong Geo Wonders Hike 2010-11 (21 November 2010)

NWS Hong Kong Geo Wonders Hike 2010-11 kicked off on 21 November 2010, with over 2,500 local citizens taking part in a hiking tour of Lion Rock, a prominent landmark of Hong Kong.

Since the launch of the NWS Hong Kong Geo Wonders Hike Facebook page in February 2010, over 1,200 people have joined as fans. Games with prizes were added in May 2010.

Launched in November 2009 with the aim of promoting geoconservation, NWS Hong Kong Geo Wonders Hike 2009, in a series of four large-scale hiking activities, has attracted over 6,000 public participants.
