ACCA Rickshaw Race (15 December 2002)

With NWS Holdings being a corporate sponsor of the Charity Fun Day organized by the ACCA Hong Kong, NWS Volunteer Alliance participated in the Rickshaw Race and scored the Fast Puller Award by making a record of 1'04".

In echoing the Campaign Evergreen organized by the Social Welfare Department, NWS Holdings sponsored a total of 20,000 pots of Evergreen, which our volunteers helped distribute for free at various locations. At the official kick-off ceremony that took place in Olympian City on 7 July 2002, Mrs Carrie Lam, JP, Director of Social Welfare presented a souvenir to Mr K L Chan, Chief Executive Officer of NWS Holdings.
